This wine is made with the oldest vines of the Chenin area, aged 70 to 80 years. This gives a rich wine, full of complexity and elegance.
Grapes : Chenin
Vines : The parcel "La Négrette" is situated on the edge of the forest of Amboise on the heights of the town of Saint Martin le Beau. It is south facing. Planting density of 7500 vines per hectare.
Winemaking : This one is aged 18 to 20 months in new oak barrels (30%) and two wine barrels. The barrels are made of oak from the Allier.
This wine should be served at 12 ° C.
Tasting notes : The mouth is luscious, mineral, with notes of white flowers and dried fruit.
