Côt Vieilles Vignes

Grapes : Malbec

Vines : The vines are 65 to 119 years, siliceous-clayey soils. Yields per hectare are 25hectolitres. The parcel area is 1 hectare.

Vinification : This wine is fermented in fermentation carbon dioxide, which means that the clusters are set, whole, into the tank. This results in an intracellular fermentation which helps preserve the fruity aromas. This wine is aged 6 months in oak barrels to combine two wines.

Food and wine : It will accompany your red meat and grilling perfectly.

Serve at room temperature.

Tasting notes : Nose of violets and stewed fruit. The color is very strong. The palate is rich, silky tannins.
